NAMI South Dakota’s Annual NAMI WALKS …. Changing Minds One Step at a Time is a day when people come together to show their support for persons whose lives are affected by mental illness.
NAMI Walks 2017 was held on May 20th at Sertoma Park in Sioux Falls. A 5k run preceded the Walk. Despite the wind, rain and cold temperatures, people from all across South Dakota came out to support NAMI South Dakota and celebrate hope and recovery. Thank you!
Our Walk website will remain open until July 20, 2017, so there’s still time to donate and show your support. With your help, we will reach our 2017 goal of $85,000. All funds raised support NAMI programs and outreach in all nine affiliates and across the state.
Visit our Walk website at www.namiwalks.org/southdakota to donate today.
Mark your calendars for Walk Day 2018: May 19
